One annoyed man sent his neighbour a comic strip-style letter to complain about them allowing their dog to bark at all hours of the day and night. It warns he will call the police next time they leave their dog to bark and includes an extract from a dog-related law, which states owners can be fined for such behaviour.

Remodeling the house, especially with workmen coming and going, can lead to house-training problems. Even a new carpet with different smells can cause some dogs to leave their scent by urinating on it.
