The owners of Sycamore Plaza at Kenwood are planning to tear down the former Dick Clark's American Bandstand Grill to make way for two new restaurants. Plans filed with the Sycamore Township Planning and Zoning Commission call for removing the 11,square-foot Dick Clark restaurant, which was vacated last December when the restaurant chain broke its lease. Sycamore Plaza officials could not be reached for comment. The plaza is owned by Atlanta-based Jones Lang LaSalle, a global provider of real estate services and investment management firm.
