Posted August 28, A paedophile who sexually assaulted a young girl in a public toilet at a park in Adelaide's north earlier this year has pleaded guilty to an additional charge. Hamzeh Bahrami, 32, faced the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to an aggravated count of indecent assault. In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors dropped two counts of engaging in sexual intercourse with a person without consent, which carries a much higher maximum penalty of life imprisonment. In May, Bahrami pleaded guilty to another three aggravated counts of indecent assault and one count of false imprisonment in relation to the same incident.
