Before I go into detail about my body and what I did to get in the best shape of my life, I want to go on record and say that I didn't look at my body and think that I was overweight. And I wasn't unhappy with the way I looked — I simply wanted to be a more toned version of myself. Growing up, I ran track, played volleyball, basketball, and soccer, was a pole vaulter, took ballet, tap, and jazz, and was a cheerleader from middle school into my first year of college.
